Specially designed for Millboard composite decking, Durafix® screws sink beneath the Lastane® surface, providing a nearly invisible finish. No pre-drilling, countersinking, or clips are needed—just screw on, and the elastomeric surface naturally conceals the heads. They’re A2 stainless steel with a six-point Torx drive and include a T15 bit. Typical usage: 22 fixings per board for residential, and 26 for commercial jobs.
For frame-edge installations, the DuoFix Side-Fixing Guide ensures precise placement of Durafix screws through board sides. Additional driver bits can be purchased separately.
Heavy-duty, coated hex flange screws (Type 17 point) designed for Millboard PlasPro or timber sub frames. These simplify sub frame construction and reduce drive torque requirements.
A handy accessory that ensures consistent, accurate board spacing. Supports the four most commonly used gaps—making installation faster and easier.
Available in all Millboard colours, the 500 ml tins help mask cut ends or minor scratches, ensuring aesthetic continuity across the deck.
Used to secure Envello cladding boards via the tongue into the battens. A2 stainless steel, these come in 3.5 × 30mm size, with approximately 9 fixings needed per Board & Batten board, or 13 for Shadow Line+ panels.
Similar A2 stainless steel screws (3.5 × 20mm) are used to attach cladding trims, corner profiles, starter trims, and perforated closures. About 10 fixings per Board & Batten project, and 14 for Shadow Line+.
Includes starter trims, closure trims, and perforated closures to seal cut ends, prevent pest ingress, and ensure clean terminations.
